Trinity, Florida -- Many people in Pasco County continue to face ongoing problems after suffering from serious flooding due to Tropical Storm Debby.
The residents of the Thousand Oaks neighborhood say they've learned their community was built about one to two feet lower than the developer should have made it... with the blessing of the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
