Tampa, Florida -- Are you a Delta frequent flier? Do you hate waiting in the security check point lines?
Your opportunity to breeze through the security check points has arrived at Tampa International Airport.
TSA's Pre Check is already available at 16 airports nationwide and is opening up to 19 airports, including TIA. TIA is the 17th airport to implement the system. It's expected all 35 airports will have TSA PreCheck in place by the end of the year.
Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International is another Florida airport adding the expedited process to "low risk" fliers.
Those interested in taking part in the program will either be invited by their airline to participate or they can apply to become a member of the Customs and Border Protection Trusted Travelers programs.
There is a $100 fee.

Eligible passengers will have their own designated security line at Delta's Airside E and will not have to remove their shoes, 3-1-1 compliant bag and laptops from their carry on, their jackets, and belts.
They will still have to go through the scanners just like everyone else. There may be times when they will be asked to remove their belts and shoes.
TSA says it will likely expand the program to other airline passengers, and currently it eestimates about 600 people per day will participate at TIA.
Again, it only applies to eligible Delta frequent fliers at Tampa International Airport.
The international airports in Orlando and Miami also have the TSA PreCheck program in place.
