Saint Petersburg, Florida -- The Florida Highway Patrol has reopened all lanes of the Howard Frankland Bridge at this time.

The Courtney Campbell Causeway has also reopened after high surf closed the road Monday night.

The Sunshine Skyway Bridge remains closed at this hour due to high winds, flooding, and heavy surf.

SR-589 (Suncoast Parkway) is closed in both directions due to flooding from SR-50 to US Hwy 98.

State Road 54 is closed in New Port Richey near the Rowan Rd./Seven Springs Blvd. intersection and Millpond Estates area. Cars are being detoured off SR 54 between Old County Road 54 and Celtic Dr.
