PALMETTO, Fla. - 14-year-old Fernando Palacios Alonso and 16-year-old Rosita Palacios Alonso died Saturday morning around 4:20 a.m. after the driver of the car they were passengers in failed to stay on the road during a sharp curve, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
