Tampa, Florida - Friends of Jason Galehouse, a gay man reported missing in December 2003, can't believe what they're hearing from a man who authorities say has confessed to helping dispose of the body.

Thirty-nine-year-old Scott Paul Schweichert was brought to the federal courthouse on Friday to face charges of drug death, accessory after the fact. Federal prosecutors say Schweichert admits to helping Steven Lorenzo of Tampa, dismember Galehouse's body in Lorenzo's garage.

Schweichert told a DEA agent he and Lorenzo dumped the body parts in various trash bins in Tampa, including a dumpster in the parking lot of the West Hillsborough Baptist Church.

Eric Bunch and Tyler are upset about what happened to their friend.

Eric Bunch, Galehouse's Friend: "Unbelievable anger, and hurt and confusion."

Tyler, Galehouse's Friend: "Jason was just a phenomenal, phenomenal guy with a great personality, and just a good heart, just a giving person and no one deserves to go through this."

The federal complaint against Schweichert says the night after Galehouse was murdered Schweichert and Lorenzo brought another gay man back to Lorenzo's house in Seminole Heights for sex.

Schweichert says Lorenzo also killed Michael Wachholtz.

Schweichert admits helping Lorenzo wrap the body in a sheet, put it in the victim's jeep, and abandoned the vehicle in an apartment complex.

The complaint says Schweichert correctly described the jeep and showed police the exact spot where the body was discovered.

Lorenzo's attorney says his client has never met Galehouse and Wachholtz and he doesn't believe Schweichert's claims against his client.

Donald Harrison, Lorenzo's Attorney: "It's not possible. Steven Lorenzo could not be the type of individual that would engage in dismemberment and murder. That's not Steven."

A federal magistrate ordered Schweickert held without bond. The prosecutor says there may be more charges against him.

At this point Lorenzo is charged with drugging and raping six men. He has not been charged with the murders of Galehouse and Wachholtz.
