MIAMI (AP) — Federal prosecutors in Miami are accusing two men of killing the captain and three crew members of a charter fishing boat.

Prosecutors filed criminal complaints against Kirby Logan Archer and Guillermo Zarabozo, both of whom were rescued from the ocean and are already in custody.

They could get the death penalty or life in prison if convicted.

The four disappeared after the two suspects chartered the "Joe Cool" fishing boat last month, purportedly for a pleasure trip to the Bahamas.
