(USATODAY.com) An Indianapolis Colts cheerleader will let the team mascot shave her head if he can raise $10,000 for cancer research in honor of the team's coach, Chuck Pagano.
Colts mascot Blue recently tweeted the $10,000 CHUCKSTRONG challenge to the team's cheerleaders. Megan M., a second-year team member, agreed to the deal. If Blue can raise the money by Nov. 25, Megan will have her head shaved at the team's home game against the Buffalo Bills.
A playful video showing her and Blue signing a contract was posted to the Colts website.
More than 25 Colts players have shaved their heads in solidarity with their coach, who is currently battling leukemia.
All the money raised will benefit leukemia research at Indiana University's Simon Cancer Center in honor of Pagano.
The Colts say $219,000 has been raised so far through the CHUCKSTRONG campaign.
