Hello Joe Bucs Fan!
Depends on how you look at life: the glass half empty, or half full.
Half Full: the Bucs have been in every game this season. They have been within 1 score at the end of all four of their losses. They're competitive. They look very close.
Half empty: they're still losing. Their coaching staff doesn't look like they have a firm grasp of what it takes to win in the NFL... not yet, anyway.
This game against the Vikings will be tough. The travelling team on Thursday night has lost 5 of the 6 games so far this season. It's a tough turnaround, but let's face it, these are generally 25-year-old young men in excellent physical condition who are playing the game they love... for a lot of money. It won't be that tough.
What will be tough are the Minnesota Vikings. One of the surprise teams of the NFL, they're 5-2, playing aggressive defense and they have weapons on offense. Adrian Peterson is back, and you never know where Percy Harvin is going to line up.
If the Bucs' defense can contain those two, they have a chance.
I'm Dave Wirth, and I'll see you at the game!
