Update: Palm Harbor, Florida - Pinellas County Sheriff's detectives have arrested Stephanie Spurgeon and charged her with first degree murder following a two-and-a-half month long investigation into the incident that occured in August of this year.

Palm Harbor, Florida - The owner of a Palm Harbor day care center is under arrest, accused of shaking a baby.

Stephanie Spurgeon is charged with one count of Aggravated Child Abuse. Investigators say Thursday was the 1-year-old baby girl's first day at Spurgeon's day care.

When the parents took the child home, she became unresposive.
