Tampa, Fl. - At the FBI's Tampa field office, investigators need your help in solving a mystery. The disappearance of Robert Arthur Wiles.

Robert Wiles is 26-years-old. He's 5 feet 9 inches tall, 165 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. The FBI says he was last seen about 6:30 the evening of April 1st at National Flight Services at the Lakeland airport where he works as a business development manager.

"He's a pilot with multi-engine instrument ratings, he's a diver, athlete." said Tom Wiles, the missing man’s father.

The FBI says the missing man's parents received a ransom note two days after their son disappeared.

"Robert's parents complied with the ransom instructions however they never received any further communication or instructions from the individual or individuals who wrote the note," said Dave Couvertier, FBI Special Agent.

The FBI says this case has led investigators to nine cities within Florida, as well as Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee and even as far as Thailand, but still no sign of Robert Wiles. His parents are worried and are offering a $10,000 reward for their son's safe return.

"Anyone out there who knows our son or who has met our son knows the enthusiasm that he has for life because you could see it in his eyes and you can feel it in his handshake which is firm and genuine," said Pam Wiles, the missing man’s mother.

If you have any information about Robert Wiles, please contact the FBI at 1-866-838-1153.
