Tallahassee, Florida- Responding to Friday's arrest of DCF employee Al Zimmerman, Department of Children and Families says it will now review all of their personnel files.
There was not a background check on Zimmerman, who was the DCF spokesman.
DCF Secretary Bob Butterworth says the agency will also make sure all employees filled out official applications, have been fingerprinted and that former employers were contacted before they were hired.
Zimmerman was charged with eight counts of using a child in a sexual performance. He is now out on $120,000 bond.
Tampa Police believe there are more victims and want them to come forward.
Both of his victims were boys aged 16 and 17. One of them was in the care of DCF.
