DEERFIELD BEACH, Florida - A man is facing a murder charge after a road rage confrontation that left one person dead.
That's according to Broward County authorities, who say Steven Lonzisero and another man approached a driver last week and accused him of driving poorly. Authorities say they also shouted racial profanities.
The driver, Hygens Labidou, fired several shots, some of which struck Lonzisero and the other man, Edward Borowsky.
Borowsky died from his wounds Monday.
Lonzisero faces charges of murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill.
Authorities say he also may face hate crime charges.
Lonzisero is being held on $15,000 bond.
Labidou has a permit for a handgun.
