TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Authorities say a man with a sword attacked his boss at a Tallahassee church.
Deputies responded to a call on Wednesday that a man with a sword was attempting to break into Faith Healing and Anointing Temple.
Authorities say William Braswell had gone to the church to give a timesheet to his employer. The two argued over money, and authorities say Braswell hit and threatened to kill the other man with a sword.
Church members were able to disarm Braswell before deputies arrived.
Braswell was charged with aggravated assault, armed burglary, battery and criminal mischief. He remains in jail, awaiting his first court appearance.
