Quiet overnight; with slightly cooler temps

Overnight we will stay quiet with partly cloudy skies, light northeast winds, and a low of 74 degrees.  Some interior locations on the Nature Coast could see low temps drop into the mid and upper 60's.

Drier air across the region will continue below average rainfall chances on Monday, keeping only a 10% chance of showers and storms after 4 pm.  Easterly winds Tuesday through Friday will bring back more widespread showers and storms, with a noticeable increase by Thursday.  Daytime  temperatures will remain above average through Wednesday with  highs in the low 90's.

Monday Isolated showers and thunderstorms after 4pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 93. Heat index values as high as 98. Calm wind becoming north 5 to 7 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 10%.

Tuesday Scattered showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 92. East wind 3 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Wednesday Scattered showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 93. East northeast wind 7 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Thursday Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 90. East southeast wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

Friday Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 90. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
