Police arrested 29-year-old Christopher Patrick Weed on Tuesday after he came forward to say his pickup truck may have been involved in the crash that left 25-year-old Rob Lemon dead and his 27-year-old girlfriend Hilary Michalak critically injured. Police say Weed told them he blacked out on the way home from work about 6:45 a.m. He said he didn't remember hitting anyone but came forward after seeing reports of the crash. Police inspected his truck and found the windshield missing, with damage to the front end.
