Frazier's attorney Ed Mulock told 10 News the decision to resign was made Thursday night.

"Of course he's disappointed, he's not going to be out there and I was asked, 'Will he be missed?' Well, yes he'll be missed. He's got a lot of friends out there," Mulock said.

Frazier, through his attorney, has maintained he did nothing wrong. His arraignment is scheduled for next month.
