DADE CITY, Fla. -- A 17-year-old boy has been charged with first degree murder after Pasco County detectives say he shot and killed his sister's boyfriend as the couple sat in a car on Friday night.

Adan David Diaz Jr. is accused of shooting 32-year-old Juan Quesada-Acuna in Diaz's yard at 40214 River Road.

Neighbors say they heard three gunshots just after 10 p.m. on Friday, followed by the sirens of several police cars speeding by their homes.

The crime scene tape wrapped around 40214 River Road was the final sign for Dale Kirby that Quesada-Acuna had been shot and killed.

"There's constantly shooting going on over there. Just constant. You don't know where these bullets are going. You're afraid of them falling on your head," he says. "It's not the first shooting to happen here. It's the second in the last couple years. It's a little scary from time to time. You never know what's going to happen at the house."

We did some digging and found that last February another man was shot in the same driveway. His name? Adan Diaz Flores, similar to the teenage suspect in Friday's shooting.

Adan Diaz Jr.'s family didn't want to talk. Neighbors say he attends Pasco High School and rides the bus with their kids. We saw a detective stopping throughout the neighborhood on Saturday, eager for tips about what unfolded.
