CLEVELAND, OH (WKYC) -- Charles Ramsey, the man who has become a worldwide sensation after helping bring three missing women to safety, is now being honored on a T-shirt.

The shirt, which features a large sketch of Ramsey's face, is accompanied by the words: "Cleveland's Hero - Charles Ramsey."

Hodge's Cleveland, Ramsey's employer, created the shirt. It goes on sale Wednesday and all proceeds will benefit Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight -- the three women who were found alive Monday afternoon after escaping a home on Seymour Avenue.

They had each been missing for years.

Hodge's Cleveland, a restaurant at 668 Euclid Avenue, is ecstatic to call Ramsey an employee.

"As Chef Hodge mentioned this morning, we're extremely proud of our employee Charles Ramsey for not turning his back on the young women," a post on the Hodge's Cleveland Facebook page says. "He's a true Cleveland hero. Our thoughts and prayers will continue to be with the women, their families and their friends."

Ramsey's interviews have become a web sensation across the globe as he described eating a Big Mac when he heard a woman scream.
