Temple Terrace, Florida-- He's been arrested over 15 times, and to those who live near 61-year-old Charlie Adams, he's known as none other than the "Nightmare Neighbor"...but that all may change.
A judge has sentenced Adams to five years of probation, and according to neighbor Marquita Hutchins, he'll be required to leave the state of Florida, and banned from his home upon release from jail.
Neighbors say he's made their lives miserable for years- throwing bleach on their cars, putting nails in the street and even throwing a light bulb at Hutchins.
They're calling it a huge victory for the neighborhood, as years of misery finally come to an end.
