Spring Hill, Florida-- Hernando County deputies are investigating a stabbing that took place at a Spring Hill home Thursday evening.
According to reports, deputies were called to the home, located on the 4100 block to of Dristol Avenue, some time before 6:30 after an altercation between two men grew violent.
Upon arrival, deputies found Carl DeRoberts at the address. DeRoberts admitted that he stabbed Douglas Tramill after they got in an argument.
After being stabbed Tramill left the residence in a vehicle and called authorities from a parking lot at Springstead High School.
Douglas Tramill received a non-life threatening stab wound to the upper body.
He was transported to a local trauma center for treatment
