TAMPA, Florida -- Joshua and Sharyn Hakken are expected to appear before a judge on Thursday morning at 8:30 a.m. follow the alleged kidnapping of their children and escape to Cuba.
At that time, the full list of charges they face will be read in detail and a judge will decide whether they will be released on bond.
The couple faces charges of kidnapping, interference in child custody, child neglect, false imprisonment, burglary with a battery, and grand theft.
Bail was set for Joshua Hakken at $154,000, but a hold was place on him, so he remains in the Orient Road Jail. Sharyn Hakken was not granted bail, but that could be reversed when both appear before the judge tomorrow morning.
