The incident resulted in a shooting along Lumber Point Dr. in the Cypress Creeks subdivision.
Investigators say the Victoria Davis drove her 15-year-old daughter and a group of 20-30 friends to the home of a 15-year-old boy who allegedly assaulted her daughter with a stick.
During the brawl, Davis allegedly encouraged the 15-year-old who was attacked, her 17-year-old sister and the rest of her group to "get them" while chasing the alleged teen attacker.
At some point during the confrontation, the mob chased them from a home along Maroon Peak Drive to the Lumber Point Drive address where someone fired off at least five shots.
No one was hit by the bullets.
"I'm scared for myself and for my neighbors because there's a lot of older people here..." said Jessica Soto, who lives several houses down from where the brawl first broke out.
Investigators spent a chunk of the afternoon interviewing dozens of witnesses and teenagers who live in the subdivision before they made a break in the case.
"I told my kids to stay away from the doors, stay away from the windows, you know- stay close to me," said the concerned mother of two.
In addition to Davis' arrest, the 16-year-old who attacked her daughter was also charged with Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon.
Investigators are still trying to determine who shot of the rounds.
