Finger print lands Seminole, Largo bank robbery suspects in jail

Seminole, FL-- After a string of bank robberies, two suspects are currently in custody at the Pinellas County Jail.

Deputies arrested 29-year-old Nathan Blisard and his girlfriend, 23-year-old Meaghan Zimmer Friday afternoon.

Accoding to reports, officials found a finger print at the scene of a recent bank robbery, and specialists linked it to Blisard during processing.

Detectives were able to track Blisard and Zimmer, who later admitted to driving the getaway car after one of the robberies, in the Seminole area.

Deputies pulled Blisard over as he was driving the same vehicle used in the robberies, and arrested him on the spot.  

Reports say officials arrested Zimmer at a nearby residence. 

Blisard was charged with strong arm robbery and robbery. Zimmer was charged principle to strong arm robbery, robbery, and possession of Methadone- in violation of her probation from an arrest in October of 2012. 

Largo Police detectives are also interviewing both suspects for bank robberies in their jurisdiction.
