Orlando, Florida - The defense finished its closing arguments late Sunday afternoon in the Casey Anthony murder trial.

Jose Baez, legal analysts say, came out swinging and did an impressive job in his last address to the jury from Pinellas County.

The state's rebuttal case is set to begin at 8:30 a.m. Monday morning on the Fourth of July.

After the state's final message to the jury, Judge Belvin Perry will begin jury instructions.

Jurors should have the case by Monday afternoon. They will have shorter days, however, when deliberating. The judge will not allow the jurors to work past 6 p.m. each day.  So, there will be no late-night deliberations.

How long they'll take is anyone's guess.

Jose Baez tried to break down the state's case piece by piece.  He called the prosecution's theory, "forensic fantasy." The defense claims that prosecutors provided no evidence linking Casey to Caylee's body.

No fingerprints.

No DNA.

No blood.

Baez told jurors, "[The state] couldn't find a single link. Not a single link."

He added, "But, yet, they want to create things for the cameras, win at all costs, no matter how much it costs!"

Baez also told jurors not to judge with emotion, but rather what they've seen and heard. The defense claims Caylee drowned in the family pool on June 16, 2008 after the toddler got in by herself. Pictures of Caylee were shown to the jury of the toddler trying to open glass door in the Anthony's home. The defense showed the photo to the jury, hoping to prove that Caylee could open the door by herself.

The day before the toddler died, she went swimming with Casey's mother, which was documented in pictures. Baez says that since the pool ladder was not stowed properly, Caylee got in and drowned.

"It is extremely reasonable she died in the pool. That's where the state fails," Baez said.

Then, he repeated a statement that he made in opening statements.

"That's what this case is about, an accident that snowballed out of control," he said.

The defense admitted that Casey behaved badly, but that she didn't commit murder, making reference to his client as being painted as a "lying slut."

"I'm not proud of the way she behaved, but that doesn't constitute murder," Baez remarked.

Toward the end of the day, Judge Perry became extremely irritated when prosecutor Jeff Ashton continued making facial expressions, even laughing behind a hand over his face during the defense's presentation.

Then, Baez pointed at Ashton, and in a booming voice, made reference to "this laughing man."

The judge called an immediate sidebar and came close to holding both attorneys in contempt of court.

Both attorneys apologized.
