Tampa Bay, FL - Trick or treating 2010 in Tampa Bay will take place on Sunday, October 31, 2010. There are no official start or end times but the rule of thumb is people start handing out candy just before dusk. Since it is a Sunday evening, neighbors would appreciate the door bell to stop ringing by 9:00pm. If you are looking to trick or treat early check out local malls. Westfield Citrus Park and Brandon will have store trick or treating from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Westfield Countryside and Sarasota will have their trick or treating on Halloween from 3:00pm-5:00pm. Tyrone Square Mall in St. Petersburg is also welcoming trick or treaters from 4:00pm-6:00pm.
