Update: Tampa, Fl - Matthew Moye is out of jail after making his first appearance Sunday morning at the Falkenberg Jail in Hillsborough County. The judge set his bond at $119,000.00.

Tampa, Florida - Two people are dead and another hurt after an early morning DUI crash in Tampa, according to Tampa police.
Detectives say 34 year old Matthew R. Moye, a dentist, was driving onto the bridge to Harbour Island at a high rate of speed around 2 a.m. Saturday when he lost control of the 2011 Cadillac SUV he was driving and crossed into the left lane slamming into two people who were walking on the sidewalk.
A third person who was walking with them, 48 year old Joao Armando Fonseca Barbosa, injured his ankle when he jumped out of the way.
Investigators say 24-year-old Kate D. Kohlier, a USF student, died on the scene and, 23-year-old Douglas J. Kozar who was pushed over the guardrail and into a planter, died in the ambulance.
Kohlier graduated from Largo High School in 2004 according to her Facebook page.
Investigators say Kohlier, Kozar and Barbosa were all leaving work at the Marriott Waterside when the crash happened.
Firefighters pulled Dr. Moye and his wife Kelly, who is an operations manager at Big Bend Dental, out of the vehicle. There was also another passenger in the backseat but that person's name has not been released. None of them were injured.
Dr. Moye is a dentist at Big Bend Dental at 13122 Vail Ridge Drive in Riverview. He is charged with two counts of Vehicular Homicide, two counts of DUI Manslaughter, and DUI with injury.
His wife Kelly was arrested for DUI back in June.
