St. Petersburg, Florida -- The Mystery Monkey of Tampa Bay has made yet another appearance, this time on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

The late night talk show host has joined the ranks of those fascinated with the elusive monkey.

Kimmel spent nearly three minutes on his April 7 show warning folks to be on the lookout for the the monkey and even got 007 in on the act.  Yep. You heard right.

It's not exactly a shining moment of journalism, but 10 Connects  was "credited" with providing the most useful and insightful  information.

For the record, we have to give credit to our 5 a.m. producer Cris Mullen for coming up with the very tongue-and-cheek "Monkey Watch 2010" graphic with the flying banana.

This isn't even the first time our primate coverage has made it to the late night talk show circuit.  Last month we got a shout out on Comedy Central's The Colbert Report.

Thanks to my Facebook friend Maurice Tyson in New York for letting me know he saw our Monkey Watch 2010 segment on the Kimmel's show last night.
