Jonathon "The Impaler" Sharkey shares a kiss with his fiancee.
TAMPA, Florida - He may be the only politician who enjoys getting caught in scandal, but Jonathan "The Impaler" Sharkey sure is getting good at it.
Sharkey, 45, is a self-professed vampire who wants to be the Republican nomination for President in 2012. He's also got a brand-new fiancee who was just reported missing in Ohio.
The mother of 19-year-old Audrianna Foster, a high school senior in Columbus, filed a missing persons report after she said her daughter never came home from school last week. Sharkey flew to Ohio to meet her and the two came down to Tampa by Greyhound bus.
"They don't know yet," Foster said of her family on Friday after she arrived in Tampa with Sharkey. "I'll tell them later."
Foster's mother also asked for help on Craig's List, but since the girl is 19 years old, she's considered neither a runaway nor a minor. Her mother, who has since been in contact with Audrianna online, told 10 Connects that she had never heard of Sharkey nor of any of her daughter's vampire interests.
The incident is the latest skeleton in the closet for the aspiring vampire politician, as Sharkey is accused of "brainwashing" a 16-year-old girl in Minnesota. The two were engaged until last month.
Police in Minnesota tell 10 Connects there's a restraining order against Sharkey and he continues to violate it by contacting the girl.
Sharkey also pleaded guilty to two counts of gross-misdemeanor harassment in 2009 for threats made toward another 16-year-old Minnesota girl he was dating online.
And officials in Indiana say he's still on probation after he was found guilty last year of intimidating a judge. He served six months in a Marion Co. jail before his release.
While sources confirm the Secret Service has Sharkey on its radar following an arrest for threatening President George W. Bush, officials haven't tried to stop the 45-year-old from contacting teenage women.
"I haven't dated a girl older than 19 since 2006," Sharkey said on Friday. "It's good to be me."
The two plan on getting married this coming Sunday.
