Tampa, Florida -- A St. Petersburg man has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison on a guilty plea to possession of child pornography.
Eric John Evanouskas, 27, will also face 20 years of supervision when released.
He admitted to possessing more than 7,000 images of child pornography on three different computers and hard drives. Twenty nine showed the rape of children as young as two years old, prosecutors said.
"The defendant also employed the program Google Hello to distribute child pornography to other consumers while chatting with them in real time about such things as his desire to rape the child victims featured in the images and watch as others gang raped them," according to U.S. Attorney A. Brian Albritton.
Evanouskas pleaded guilty to the charges May 27th.
