Forecast: Morning fog, afternoon heat

We are starting off with some low clouds and fog this morning followed by partly sunny skies and warm and humid conditions. There will be a few isolated inland showers mainly eastern Polk County toward Florida's east coast.

The weekend will be similar with heat and humidity as highs reach the upper 80s to near 90. Rain chances will increase each afternoon with a 30% chance of Saturday and 40% on Sunday. Highest rain chances will be east of I-75.

Friday Clouds & fog to start, then partly sunny with a high near 87. There will be a few showers and storms mainly east of I-75.  Light and variable wind becoming southwest 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

Friday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 69. West wind 5 to 7 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Saturday Mostly sunny, with a high near 89. Light and variable wind becoming southwest 6 to 11 mph in the morning. 20% interior showers.
