After tieing a record high of 89F yesterday in Tampa, we are geared up to break a record high today. The current record is 88F set back in 1994, but my forecast calls for a high close to 90 today! The last time we got that warm was 91F on October 4, 2012. There will be a few showers late this afternoon, but the rain chance is only 20%.

Rain chances remain low Wednesday and Thursday with only a few showers by Friday.  A cold front arrives Saturday bringing back a decent chance for showers and storms.

Tuesday Mostly sunny, with a high near 90. East wind 5 to 9 mph. 20% chance of showers and storms after 5PM west of I-75.

Tuesday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 71. East wind 6 to 9 mph.

Wednesday Mostly sunny, with a high near 88. East northeast wind 5 to 8 mph.

Thursday Mostly sunny, with a high near 88. East wind around 9 mph.

Thursday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 68. East wind around 7 mph.

Friday A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 86. Southeast wind 8 to 11 mph.

Saturday A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 81.

Saturday Night A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 60.
