Tampa, Florida -- We just got our hands on chilling cell phone videos from a Tampa teen planning to unleash a Columbine-style attack against Freedom High school.
From the video's first seconds, Jared Cano looks cocky and chilling.
"For those of you retards who don't know who I am, I'm the Freedom High School shooter in Tampa, Florida -- well, I will be in a couple months," he said, looking into camera.

The video was shot long before a friend of his tipped off police to his plot.
Cano was a former student at Freedom High. In 2011, when he was 17, police said they found elaborate plans, bomb making materials, and a manifesto in Cano's North Tampa apartment.
Candid cell phone videos laying out those plans have just been released.
"I thought I'd just run over my game plan with y'all," he continued, flipping to a hand-drawn map in a notebook showing Freedom High's cafeteria. A letter was written in each corner of the building.
"My plan is to set a bomb here -- point A, here at point B, point C , and point D. Then I gotta get to the side entrance of the school by 7:24. The bombs blow at 7:26," he said.
Cano said he would get a stash of weapons hidden near the school and come back.
"I'm gonna come in and advance on the courtyard where there'll probably be at least sixty people," he said, pointing to a map he had created of the open-air walkways in the center of the school.
Cano said the front office would come next, with specific targets in mind.
"Come through the door, then shoot everybody at the front desk," he said, using his finger to draw a path along a map of the office covered with swirls of red pen, illustrating blood everywhere.
"Mr. Costanzo's office is right here, I've gotta kill him. Ms. Carmody is here, I gotta kill her. Mr. Pears is here, I gotta make sure he doesn't die, 'cause I like him."
Between puffs of pot, he said, "I can't wait to die, dude."

In another clip, Cano showed a formula for making a bomb. Waving an alarm clock past the camera, Cano talked about how he'd make a detonator from its wiring.
"Boom," he said as the alarm beeped.
Why attack the school where he had been expelled earlier that year?
"Don't blame my parents, 'cause my mom didn't do anything, " he said. "She made mistakes. Everybody makes mistakes."
Cano wouldn't place the blame on his own decisions, either, saying, "Did I choose to think like this? No. That's just how I am."
He did propose a solution: get him before he gets us.
"If you don't like it," he said into the camera, "just find a way to find people like me and just line us up and shoot us."
Cano will be sentenced on December 5th after pleading no contest to two charges.
He could be sentenced to the time he's already served, which is just over a year, and released -- or he could spend up to 15 years in prison.
The punishment will depend on several factors, including how realistic and serious the judge thinks Cano was being when he formulated his plot.
