Great Falls, Montana - A Great Falls woman is facing criminal endangerment charges after allegedly passing out drunk and leaving her toddlers outside.

Jamie Spencer, 28, is facing two charges of felony criminal endangerment after a neighbor called police late Thursday night reporting two small children banging on the back door of the house, according to court documents.

While officers were responding, another neighbor called 9-1-1 because they reportedly heard children crying.

Police arrived at the home at 1408 27th Ave. S., and found the children outside, one with a sagging diaper.

Police attempted to knock on the door but got no response.

According to court documents, once inside the home, officers found Spencer passed out.

It took officers a while to wake her up. Records indicate once they did, Spencer had a blood alcohol content level of .363.

The children are 1 and 3 years old.
