New Port Richey, Florida-- Pasco Sheriff's deputies are warning parents of a possible molester, who they say recently used candy to trick two child victims.
According to reports, the man approached the nine-year-olds, one boy and one girl, around 8 p.m. in the 6000 block of 9th Avenue last Friday.
Investigators say they believe he used candy to lead the children behind a nearby vacant home, where he then made inappropriate contact with them.
Officials have provided this description of the suspect in hopes that the public can assist with their ongoing search:
- White male
- Late 50's to early 70's
- Gray hair
- Medium to large build
- Driving a maroon, four-door SUV
