St. Petersburg, Florida-- Both the victim and the suspect were reportedly shot during an attempted armed robbery in St. Pete Wednesday night.
According to reports, it was just after 10:30 p.m. when the suspect, 20-year-old Deltonia Clary attempted to rob Shawn Enwright, also 20, at the JamesTown Apartment complex.
During the exchange, witnesses say, both Clary and Enwight shot at one another when Clary tried to pull off the robbery.
Reports say neither of the men suffered life-threatening injuries, and that both are currently recovering at a local medical facility.
Clary faces charges of Attempted Homicide and Armed Robbery. Upon release from the hospital, he will be taken to the Pinellas County Jail.
