Tampa, Florida -- The 71-year-old bus driver found guilty for manslaughter in the death of Air Force veteran David James has been sentenced to 8 years in prison.

The verdict came down just after noon Thursday.

On Nov. 19, Trevor Dooley was found guilty on all counts after a jury deliberated for about an hour and 40 minutes.
