Bartow, FL-- Last Wednesay, October 31, 10 News told you about a scandal at a local cellular store where one employee reportedly stole photos from a customer's phone, and shared them with another associate in Brandon.
Officials arrested the Brandon associate, 26-year-old Gregory Lampert, after they located photos of the victim on Lampert's personal phone and computer during a search of the store.
During that same search, police also found personal photos of a second woman, who remains unidentified at this time.
The other suspect, 24-year-old Joshua Stuart of Riverview, was not at the store at the time of the search, so police did not make an arrest until he turned himself in today, police say.
Initial reports said Stuart stole the victim's photos during a data transfer after the purchase of a new phone.
After sharing them with Lampert, Stuart and Lampert reportedly showed the victim's photos to another store customer, who recognized the victim and alerted her of the situation.
Police charged Stuart with two counts of Felony Dealing in Stolen Property, three counts of Felony Offenses Against Computer Users, two counts of Misdemeanor Theft and one count of Prohibited Acts Regarding Lewd Materials.
