Tampa, Florida -- Romance novelists Nicholas Sparks will give a free lecture just in time for Valentine's Day.
Sparks is the author of The Notebook, Dear John and more than a dozen other bestselling titles. He will will present the next lecture in the student-run University Lecture Series at USF. The lecture will be held at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13 in the Marshall Student Center Ballroom.
Sparks will share his expertise in the creative writing process, as well as his personal story of hard work, rejection and triumph. A book signing will be held immediately following the lecture.
