Casey Anthony leaves court after a bankruptcy hearing, 3/4/13
Tampa, Florida -- Casey Anthony's attorneys are fighting to keep their client from having to answer questions about the death of her daughter, Caylee, during her bankruptcy hearing.

Her lawyers argued Tuesday that they plans to file motions to dismiss complaints filed by Zenaida Gonzalez and Ray Kronk. Both have filed complaints saying their lawsuits should survive Anthony's bankruptcy.
Anthony has been in hiding since she was found not guilty of murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee.
