Tampa, FL -- Tampa socialite Jill Kelley and her Bayshore Boulevard parties are the talk of Town and Country. In the magazine's March issue, which hasn't even hit shelves yet, distant cousin Tony Khawam reveals to author Vicky Ward that Jill and twin sister Natalie Khawam had a plan to use men for money and had their eyes set on George Steinbrenner's sons Hal and Hank.

He told the magazine, "They'd take trips on the Steinbrenner's plane and brag about how they would split Hal up from his then-wife Christina and then the plane would be theirs."

Since the General David Petraeus scandal first broke in November, the sisters have been referred to by some as the "Kartampians" for their Kardashian-like impression.

Petraeus resigned from the CIA after it came to light his biographer and mistress Paula Broadwell wrote emails telling Jill Kelley to back off.

A spokesman for Jill Kelley released this statement saying, "The article published in Town & Country magazine is a particularly gratuitous and vicious attack on the Kelley family. Scott, Jill and their three daughters are devastated and sorrowful over its publication. Scott and Jill Kelley did nothing wrong. All they did was report harassing emails to the authorities. The Kelley family members want only to be left to their privacy and to move forward with their lives in Tampa, a community they love."
