Pinellas Park, Florida -- A St. Petersburg man died from injuries he received in a three-vehicle crash at a Pinellas Park intersection Sunday afternoon.

After a preliminary investigation, Pinellas Park Police says the accident occurred after a Rolls Royce, driven by Tracy Garon, ran a red light at 49th Street N. and 62nd Avenue N. Garon, 58, was heading south on 49th Street at the time and when she entered the intersection, she was hit by Carol Cherry's Toyota Corolla that was heading west on 62nd Avenue.

At nearly the same time, the Rolls Royce was also hit by Charles Berry's Mercury Grand Marquis that was heading east. 81-year-old Berry was taken to Northside Hospital where he passed away from his injuries. His wife Carol, 77, who was riding with him at the time, was taken to the same hospital with reportedly non-life threatening injuries.

Cherry, 67, was taken to Bayfront Medical Center with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

Garon suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene. Investigators say they believe alcohol may have been a factor in the crash. No charges have been filed against Garon at this time, however, the crash is still under investigation.
