Tampa, FL-- Last Friday, October 19, Hillsborough County deputies announced their search for a suspect who robbed a gas station near Seminole Heights. Now, just one week later, they say he's been caught.

Officials arrested 42-year-old Michael Dean Croft of Plant City and charged him with robbery.

They say he walked into a Hess Express off of U.S. 92 East shortly after 7:30 p.m. on October 6 and claimed he needed change from the clerk.

Once the register drawer was open, he reached into the drawer, took some money and ran.
