Brandon, Florida -- The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office credits the release of surveillance video on YouTube that ultimately lead to tips identifying the two people who stole over $1,500 in necklaces from a Brandon Kmart.
Detectives say on Oct. 12, Matthew Cooper and Shanon Parker walked into the Kmart in the 1600 block of West Brandon Boulevard and bee-lined it to the jewelry counter where on of them forced open the display case and stole five chains totaling approximately $1,600.
