    Low level moisture and light winds will favor some low cloud and fog development overnight.  Otherwise expect partly cloudy skies and low temps in the low 70's at the coast and mid to upper 60's inland and north.

    A similar weather pattern will persist on Thursday with easterly winds in the morning shifting to the northwest by the afternoon as a weak seabreeze develops.  This will result in variable clouds through the day with a 40% chance of scattered afternoon storms.   Daytime highs will stay near normal through the weekend with upper 80's to around 90 degrees.
