Tampa, Florida -- Detectives say they believe a man arrested in connection with a South Tampa burglary may be involved in similar crimes and are asking for the public's help.
Tampa Police have charged 25-year-old Mitchell Reddin in the burglary of a home on July 6. Deputies say the homeowner was getting ready for bed when she heard a noise at her bedroom window. When she went to her backyard to see what it was she saw Reddin crouched below her window which he half-opened.
He fled on foot, but dropped his cell phone as he jumped over her fence. An arrest warrant was issued and he was found on Sept. 25 at his home where he was taken into custody.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS.
