Tropics Update

    Tropical Storm Gordon is located over the central Atlantic about 745 miles east of Bermuda.  The storm is moving east northeast around 17 miles per hour.  It is no threat to any land areas.

    The remnants of Tropical Depression seven show some signs of organization in the extreme southwestern Gulf of Mexico.  The system has a 40% chance of becoming a tropical system in the next 48 hours as it moves west northwest around 10 miles per hour.
