Port Richey, Florida -- A man in Port Richey is under arrest after he hit four pedestrians on Rohrman Road Monday night.
The Florida Highway Patrol says 26-year-old Misael Ochoa-Garcia was heading south on Rohrman Road when he lost control of his 1995 Ford Explorer, traveled onto the eastern shoulder of the road and hit the pedestrians.

After he hit the pedestrians, he also hit a wooden fence and a parked car. He then ditched the SUV and fled on foot. He was later caught and arrested. Troopers say Garcia told them he was fleeing from a fight when the incident happened.
The found pedestrians hit included, 18-year-old Sebestian Crey Phillip Chapman, of Hudson and 12-year-old Brandon K. Shawn Smith, of Port Richey, who were both taken to Bayonet Point Hospital with minor injuries; 15-year-old Beau Potter, of Port Richey and 10-year-old Rayshaun Bennett, of Port Richey, were both taken to All Children's Hospital with serious injuries.
Garcia is being charged with DUI, DWLSR, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Injuries.
