Man on bicycle robs TD Bank

Apollo Beach, Florida -- Detectives are searching for the man who robbed the TD Bank Friday afternoon.

Authorities say on July 27, around 9 a.m., the man rode up to the bank at 6176 Hwy N on a red bicycle and demanded cash from the teller. Once he received an undisclosed amount of money, he fled on foot leaving the bike behind.

The robber is described as a black male, 25-30 years old, 6' - 6'2", 180 - 250 lbs. with a stocky build. He was last seen wearing a black/blue/white full face motorcycle helmet with charcoal grey jacket with blue stripes, charcoal grey gloves, black shorts with grey stripes, black socks and white tennis shoes.
