Pinellas County, Florida -- A man arrested in Connecticut on charges he repeatedly sexually battered two young brothers while he dated their mother is back in Pinellas County Tuesday.

Detectives say about 4 years ago, 24-year-old Marsanti Martinez was dating the boys' mother while living in north Pinellas and would sexually abuse them while she was at work. The abuse, the boys said, went on for over 4 years. They were both under 12 years old at the time.

After Martinez and the mother split, he moved to Britain, Connecticut. The boys came forward and told authorities what happened and a warrant was issued for Martinez's arrest.

Martinez was arrested by Britain police and extradited back to Pinellas County.  Detectives say during an interview with Martinez he admitted to the crimes.

Martinez has been charged with 2 counts of Capital Sexual Battery of a Child under 12 years old. He is being held without bond.

Detectives believe there may be other victims. Anyone with any information is asked to call Detective Mark Kolenda in the Crimes Against Children Unit at 727-582-6200 or to remain anonymous call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS.
