Tampa, FL -- The NFL has decided not to suspend Buccaneers Cornerback Aqib Talib for his alleged involvement in an off-season shooting in Texas.

Many sources were predicting a 4-game suspension for Talib after he met with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell on Tuesday regarding his off-field behavior.

Talib faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He previously went before commissioner Goodell and was suspended one game without pay for violating the league's personal conduct policy after having an altercation with a cab driver back in August of 2009.
